Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Williams Quality Covers. Because our covers are custom-crafted to ensure a perfect fit, we provide clear timelines for both our manufacturing process and delivery.

Order Processing (Handling Time): All products are custom-made to order at our facility in Kirkland, WA. Our standard handling time is 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday). This includes the time required for precision crafting, quality inspection, and packaging. Please note that 'Business Days' refer to Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST) will begin the processing cycle on the following business day.

Transit Time (Shipping Speed): We primarily ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Most customers receive their custom covers within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase. Please keep in mind that no deliveries are available over weekends. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your USPS tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
